The Challenge
The challenge was to redesign an existing mobile app for both internal and external users, ensuring smooth integration with our CRM system. We needed to collect and analyze user feedback to pinpoint essential functions and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
The Solution
We began by redesigning the current application and gathering feedback from both company employees and external users, then iterated improvements with our BA team. Additionally, we developed a separate app for specific departments by extracting core functionalities from the CRM system, enabling focused task management and reducing system load.

The new mobile apps streamlined user interactions and reduced the burden on the CRM system while enhancing departmental efficiency. Ultimately, these targeted solutions improved the overall user experience and optimized operational workflows.
The Solution
We developed a minimalist yet dynamic branding system featuring a versatile logo, modern typography, and a dual-color palette tailored for B2B and B2C markets. The website was built on Webflow with intuitive drop-down menus and tabbed sections to simplify service exploration and enhance user experience.
