The challenge was to redesign an existing mobile app for both internal and external users, ensuring smooth integration with our CRM system. We needed to collect and analyze user feedback to pinpoint essential functions and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
The Solution
We began by redesigning the current application and gathering feedback from both company employees and external users, then iterated improvements with our BA team. Additionally, we developed a separate app for specific departments by extracting core functionalities from the CRM system, enabling focused task management and reducing system load.
